At Ame_handmadesg, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade fashion pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or Instagram DM with your order number and a photo of the item to start the return process.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all handmade tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our Singapore studio using a trackable mailing service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and verify the condition of your handmade piece, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
